Nipple Reduction/Correction – Central Plains Aesthetic Surgery

During puberty, pregnancy, and as a consequence of time, nipples in both men and women can change shape and become elongated or enlarged. A nipple reduction can return the nipples to a more youthful shape and appearance. Whether conducted independently or in conjunction with other breast procedures, a small incision is made at the base of the nipple where excess tissue is removed and corrected. The procedure can also be done to improve inverted nipples.

You will notice immediate results in the shape of your nipples after the procedure. A period of rest will last a couple of days, with complete healing requiring a few weeks. Although the incisions are done as inconspicuously as possible, whatever scarring remains will fade after many months. Dr. Atchison will provide all of the details necessary to determine if this procedure is right for you.
